Does anyone else have a word that your brain just refuses to read normally?

My brain always utterly fails to comprehend ‘exquisite’ on the first try.

It filters through a bunch of completely meaningless things:

  • “eh-keest”
  • “ex-quiz-city”
  • “ex-key-zee-tey”
  • “exqui-sight”

before it finally gets to “shit, what the fuck, that’s exquisite.”

IT JUST DOESN’T LOOK LIKE A REAL WORD.
